Abstract
It is a great honor for JPRR to announce that Professor Vladislav Ostreikovsky has accepted the title of JPRR Honorary Editor. It is nearly impossible to embrace Dr. Ostreikovsky's contributions, his philosophy, and his vision in a brief note. JPRR hopes that its followers will be able to get at least a momentary glimpse into the realm and history of Ostreykovsky's journey and his continuing achievement.
